About Us


Opened and operated by a local family man and award-winning Chef, Frank Urizar, The Galleon 4223 aims to offer great food and delicious coffee in a warm and welcoming environment.

Frank has a strong connection to his Chilean culture and remembers weekends as a kid spent with family and friends over tables of food, sharing lots of laughs and conversation. From this comes his love of people, stories, and sharing with others. 

The Galleon 4223 brings together Frank’s skills in cooking, marketing, and food styling with his love of people and South American food culture to provide a space for people to come together and connect over good food and coffee.



The Galleon was recently featured in the Gold Coast’s Weekend Edition.


OMG!!!…….Best omelette ever. I had the Chorizo and Caramelised Onion Omelette and it is perfection. The even had Awesome GF Bread. Thank you to The Galleon Chef!
